About the role:Were looking for a versatile detail-obsessed operator to support our founder and team across two critical functions:- Bookkeeping
- Executive Assistance
This is a rare hybrid role at the intersection of operations and executive support. Youll be the glue in a high-output startup team working directly with the founder while collaborating with product engineering and operations to drive excellence across the board.
Duties and responsibilities:
BookkeeperKey Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financials
- Track recurring SaaS subscriptions & one-off expenses
- Deliver clean P&Ls and transaction reports monthly
- Coordinate with CPA for tax filings
- Monitor runway and flag anomalies
Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Coordinate events meetings and bookings
- Handle travel logistics (flights Airbnbs visas coworking)
- Prepare briefing docs or meeting summaries
- Document and maintain key operational processes
Tool Stack
Bookkeeping:
- QuickBooks / Xero Google Sheets Revolut Wise BTC Wallets
Executive Assistant:
- Google Workspace Apple/Google Calendar Airbnb Skyscanner Expedia Slack
