We are seeking a professional welcoming and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk handling incoming calls greeting guests and providing general administrative and office support. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage voicemail.
Manage the front desk area ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate restocking as needed.
Support meeting and event logistics including conference room scheduling and setup.
Assist with distributing internal communications and announcements.
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma GED or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in a receptionist front desk or customer service role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
