POSITION Foreman
JOB LOCATION De Pere
STARTING DATE ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM **DIRECT HIRE***
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift 10-12-hour days
STARTING PAY - $22 - $25 Based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1 year

This family owned and operated utility contractor is growing and looking for an experienced FOREMAN to join their team!
As foreman you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the work site and crews to ensure that quality work is getting completed in the most efficient and effective way while utilizing available resources.
Qualifications
- Previous heavy equipment operation/general electric experience
- Proven leadership ability within a construction/manufacturing setting
- Ability to read prints
- CDL preferred but not a deal breaker
- Must be able to travel
