The company is looking for a talented production Foreman. The previous Foreman has just been promoted to Superintendent position - this is a place that rewards hard work with progression opportunities.
They require someone with a strong background in commercial roofing preferably in production but open to people looking to transition from service.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crew including scheduling timekeeping training mentoring and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with codes safety rules and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers on planning materials inspections and progress updates.
- Handle admin tasksreceipts records and reports to HR/Safetywhile resolving issues to keep projects on track.
