We seek a highly skilled Infrastructure SME to lead the team and the technical aspects of strategic cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in infrastructure assessments hybrid architecture design and cloud migrations. As Technical Coordinator youll lead the design and drive agile delivery of innovative solutions to help our customers transform and modernize.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with a product-centric mindset
- Conduct infrastructure discovery and assessments
- Support the design of hybrid cloud architectures that integrate on-prem and Azure
- Define and coordinate migration strategies and execution manage the technical backlog
- Provide operational and technical leadership and risk mitigation throughout the project
- Ensure specified Solution Design principles and practices are embedded across the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with security networking and operations teams
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3 years in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture
- Experience with AVS and VMware stack (vSphere NSX vSAN HCX) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking identity and governance
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the IT industry with expertise in all areas including cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication leadership and documentation skills
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV or equivalent)
- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Portugal)
- Languages: Portuguese (native) & English proficiency; Spanish is a plus!
