Join our Digital and Information Services Group as a Coordinator where youll play a key role in supporting the Group Manager and wider team. This is a varied and rewarding position that combines broader coordination responsibilities with executive assistant and administrative support. Youll be at the heart of a busy high-performing group helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate meetings and team logistics Handle bookings minutes diary and email management support task tracking and delivery schedules.
Support financial and contract admin Process invoices and purchase orders and monitor contract documentation.
Coordinate project tasks Help manage task assignment follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
Deliver top-tier admin support Prepare reports and presentations manage correspondence along with triaging email communications and requests.
Enable collaboration and process improvement Work closely with SLT support colleagues review team outputs and enhance admin systems and procedures.
Ko ng pkenga u - What youll bring
Demonstrated experience working in a coordinator role or similar within the Public Sector or Corporate industry
Youll have an interest in technology and digital systems and be confident learning new systems and processes and findings was to improve existing ones.
Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to think ahead use initiative establish priorities and meet deadline whilst preserving the highest levels of accuracy and confidentially
