In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle tasks of divisional products independently
- Responsible for incoming sales orders delivered on time and according to specification
- Provides full administration of the contracts so other departments can build on this
- Capable of handling special assignments such as credit notes
- Develop and nurture networks with supervisors managers and other internal departments suppliers and customers
- Build and handle relationships with international back office
- Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

You build the customer relationships. Prioritize learning and understanding issues while upholding ethical and trade guidelines set by Emerson.
For This Role You Will Need:
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in Customer Administration
- Administration degree (MBO-4 level) or equivalent level in related field
- Proficient in handling telephone communications and prioritizing customer needs
- Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
- Proficient in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate across business units
- In-depth knowledge of at least one major Industry such as chemical pharma petrochemical oil & gasor similar
