This role will be based hybrid out of our Hoofdorp office.
Our Customer Success Specialists will serve as the day-to-day contact for our Corporate and Strategic Accounts for veterinary software in Europe and provide support for scalations of the full business portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing evolving and strengthening strategic partnerships and relationships through strong commercial and relationship management. Youll act as a thought partner and decision influencer to customers providing account management supporting proposals and negotiations including contract management assisting in developing project definition coordinating delivery and customer rollouts of new IDEXX products and services.
