Size and functions of local team:- 1 other BDR currently growing the team to 5/6 within 12 months.
Role description:AE role BDR support. They want people to also do their own prospecting during ramping period. Around 70% comes through BDRs 30% self sourced.10K ARR ADS 2/3 months on averageQuarterly quota; 100K EU ARRPeople will get a fair ramp-target first 6 and finance DMUs.
