About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and crypto-savvy QA Specialist to join our fast-growing crypto services this role youll play a pivotal part in ensuring the performance functionality and integrity of our digital asset solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on QA professional with a deep understanding of blockchain technologies testing workflows and a strong grasp of user experience within high-compliance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end manual QA processes for crypto services across platforms
Identify document and track bugs with precision and consistency
Collaborate closely with developers product owners and UX designers to ensure rapid issue resolution
Contribute to the refinement of QA workflows and documentation
Conduct testing across core features integrations and operational workflows
Evaluate user experience with an eye toward usability and performance
Participate in compliance-aligned risk assessments and sign-off procedures
Ensure that all bug fixes and enhancements are validated before production deployment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis
Strong familiarity with crypto platforms blockchain technologies and digital asset ecosystems
Skilled in identifying reproducing and documenting issues clearly and efficiently
Comfortable using bug tracking and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Trello)
Understanding of user journey principles and functional flows within fintech or crypto systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
