Job Description

The Design Human Factors Producer will be focused on highly complex projects that require an additional level of oversight and direction. This is a fast-paced collaborative position in which you will need to understand how and who to work with to orchestrate a research program plan and successfully manage execution of that plan. This individual will collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals both within and outside the Design this role you will coordinate week-to-week activities to meet team objectives including: - Manage research project tracker to clarify resourcing timelines and priorities- Help Human Factors team members overcome project roadblocks - Coordinate weekly meetings and agendas with primary research and project teams - Coordinate with Design and Engineering producers on project roadmaps - Identify and develop key partners in cross-functional teams - Track schedule and delivery of prototypes for research studies- Partner closely with Human Factors researchers and collaborators to be aligned on above activities

10-15 years experience in related field

Experience working within a design environment
