Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to produce video content initiatives within the Now Productions team. This role will plan coordinate produce and own video production projects from start to finish with a service-oriented focus on delivering world class video production to our employees. The role will involve all aspects and phases of video production including scope and requirements gathering internal and external resource management interaction with cross functional partners on a day-to-day basis production and post production and a firm grasp of storytelling. This role will also assist in building documentation workflow and strategy of the Now Productions video team.
Qualifications :
- 7 years experience as producer for onsite video production
- Own manage and produce multiple video projects each quarter from start to finish including onsite production
- Collaborate with team management on overall strategy process vision look and design of content delivery
- Identify and overcome service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction frictionless experience and professional videos as the end product
- Understand ServiceNows company branding story and message to align with corporate communications marketing and other stakeholders
- Bring excellent communications and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with focus on high growth
- Develop and oversee project budgeting external vendors and contractors as needed
- Own buildout of internal partnerships and cross functional processes between various departments and stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions
- Must be able to come into the Santa Clara office a minimum of 2 days per week as business dictates
- Some travel required - domestic US based 10%
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $111700 - $195500 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
