Job Description
We are looking for Junior Software
Developers to join a team of software developers. This team is responsible for coding and supporting solutions tailored to the front office (financial market business) working directly with traders and the opportunity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Work with an agile squad to deliver solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Work closely with traders and front office teams to thoroughly understand their requirements and deliver solutions that effectively align with business objectives.
- Be proactive to take responsibility and have good communication with the team.
- Be creative to propose a solution for better performance or UI usage.
- Coordinate with developers DevOps and architects to present or review the solution and source code.
- Provide feedback to improve Norms and Processes and development techniques.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1-3 years working experience in software development with backend or Frontend.
- Knowledge of AngularJS or ReactJS or Java Spring Boot RESTful & SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of data storage systems such as Cassandra or PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Good command of English. (Working in an international environment).
Nice to have:
- Experience working in a financial or enterprise software environment.
- Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol is an advantage.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning the financial market trading business and products.
