Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the maintenance operations of lifts and escalators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lift systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of lift systems.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of lift systems and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
