Job Responsibilities:
- Analysing customer requirements and providing consultation on suitable IT solutions such as Network Solutions System Infrastructure Firewalls and other related technologies.
- Preparing technical proposal documents summarising solutions according to customer requirements and creating supporting documents such as BOQ (Bill of Quantity) POC (Proof of Concept) or TOR (Terms of Reference).
- Supporting the sales team by joining client meetings delivering solution presentations and addressing technical inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
- Age not over 40 years old.
- At least 35 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Design related to IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure such as networking systems diagrams and firewalls.
- Holding certifications such as CCNA CCNP Comptia Network or other relevant network-related certifications is a plus.
