Description
Incumbent will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes of agents with other insurance providers ensuring smooth transitions data accuracy and timely coordination with external Providers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Creation & update of agent profiles
- Work closely & follow-up to request for agent code from Providers
- Updating of agent codes into the system when Providers revert
- Update providers when there are internal changes (e..g Approving Manager)
Offboarding
- Handle the preparation of release letter
- Prepare & send policy list to BD team
- E-mail to inform Providers of termination of agent
- Consolidation of policy list from Providers and forward to new agent taking over
- Performing of policy transfer to new agent etc.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Candidates with experience in insurance industry would be preferred especially in agent on-/off-boarding in a FA set-up
- Meticulous & resilient with ability to work amidst process changes & automation.
