Description:
The Project Manager Automation GAHM IT (Information Technology) (Global Animal Health Manufacturing IT) supports the realization of value through understanding business processes followed by identification implementation and realization of appropriate and right-sized IT solutions at the GAHM site operations. The PM (Project Management) will lead and coordinate all activities within the projects scope and ensure delivery on time and within agreed budgets. Additionally the PM will assure full and continuous compliancy with regulatory and company requirements for example CSV (Computerized Systems Validation) and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain Project Scope (incl. cost quality and timelines) via the GAHM-IT Statement of Work
Define and maintain WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) & Project Schedule for IT/OT activities in alignment with all project stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability/allocation to projects on time
Define and maintain IT/OT project risks
Monitor cost / schedule variance
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term Milestones/goals
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
Facilitate project status reports to project stakeholders
Communication on project status and performance throughout all the project stages with all project stakeholders
Partner with platform teams to conceptualize solution architectures adhering todocumented directions and standards while addressing business strategies business capability requirements business processes information assets and the operating model of the client business area

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business information systems or related discipline or equivalent and extensive related project experience.
Experienced in managing projects
Able to facilitate organizational change management.
Strong business acumen and easy rapport with peers and executives
Organizational savvy; leveraging social network to escape hierarchy. Adept at managing diverse relationships across expertise geography and culture.
Open and receptive to listening and discerning pain points; Embraces innovative ideas evidence and fosters a collaborative atmosphere
Automation domain knowledge (ISA 95 level 2/3)
Experience in working with PLC/SCADA systems PCS7 etc.
Experience in the pharmaceutical (GxP (Good (anything) Practices)) or similar industry
Must have hands on experience with MSProject and Power BI (Business Intelligence)
PMP/ Prince certification is preferred
