Amazon Mexico Soft-lines Retail team is looking for a data driven customer-obsessed hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Brand Specialist youll own selected brands to help drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on .
Youll be responsible for looking after brands product portfolio contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed monthly reports on performance. Youll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
You will also provide support to drive growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in customer satisfaction; ensuring high-quality product detail pages; and making recommendations for effective marketing campaigns.
To achieve success as a Brand Specialist you will have strong analytical skills as well as relationship management and organizational skills. You will also be comfortable picking up new technologies and skills quickly. Youll be a problem solver identifying issues or opportunity areas to then create plans to find resolutions. Youll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
As a Brand Specilaist you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands including onsite marketing vendor relation management and in-stock management. Some of the tasks associated with these functions include:
Online marketing: improving product page data developing marketing and merchandising plans improving customer experience onsite helping generating traffic and sales
Vendor management: help growing selection of products to sell on Amazon on-boarding new vendors identifying and resolving pricing issues
In-stock management: tracking purchase orders investigating late deliveries resolving order rejections working with vendors on PO automation.
Key job responsibilities
Lead relationships with Vendors to 1) define and improve customer selection - Offer the best products 2) lead conversations to offer affordable or attractive value to consumers and sustain healthy vendor relationships.

- 1 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics SQL or HTML
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
