Project Overview:
Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical company with a strong heritage of innovation and a commitment to improving patient lives through transformative science. As the Head of IT and acting IT Director you will be initiating a transformative project to enhance IT systems within manufacturing and quality operations. You will oversee and coordinate the efforts of a team ensuring the seamless management maintenance and optimization of technical systems across the Japan region. You will act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the systems and services including on manufacturing environment health and cybersecurity. You will work closely with teams to drive strategic technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance. Your involvement in the project will be carried out as an independent subcontractor.

Scope of Service:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT systems in manufacturing and quality operations.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance data management and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and monitor system performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Must Have Requirements:
- Experience in IT management within manufacturing or quality operations.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and compliance in regulated environments.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
- Relevant IT or project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
