Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator (Electronic products)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales new order processing and order management for assigned accounts
- Prepare the salesreportsand manage the sales database or system
- Prepare quotations and invoices in the management system
- Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure requirements are achieved
- Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 2years of working experience in sales adminfield experience in electronics products is preferred
- Good communication interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in computer skills such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
- Immediate available is preferred
