Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and record messages during the absence of Sales personnel.
- Assist with sales activities: handle inquiries process orders pricing product availability and warranty tracking.
- Prepare quotes proposals sales presentations and update delivery schedules.
- Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries samples and shipments.
- Receive and check stock upon arrival.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics finance technical) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives events and launches.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient tracking systems.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

- GCE O/ A / Diploma Holders
- 12 years relevant experience in sales or admin preferably in IT or tech industry.
