Our client is a leading Chinese Securities firm. They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
- Reports to Head of HR
- Manage HR Operations at all levels of the organization
- Streamline HR process
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing screening interviewing checking references and onboarding qualified candidates
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and performance management
- Act as main point of contact for employees in relation to HR related questions
- Prepare and maintain staff handbooks
- Coordinate the Visa process
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in financial institutions
- Knowledge of banking / financial industry will be an advantage
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English Cantonese and Mandarin is required
