HR Generalist
Location: Marietta OH
Salary Range: $70000 $85000
Our team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core human resources functions across the organization. This individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is passionate about fostering a compliant engaging and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Policy & Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert for HR policies employment law compliance and internal best practices promoting a fair inclusive and legally compliant work environment aligned with company values and regulatory standards.
- HR Program Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations including compensation benefits leave management performance reviews and employee relations.
- Talent Support: Partner with business unit leaders to address staffing needs retention strategies and workforce planning.
- Onboarding & Development: Coordinate onboarding training initiatives and employee development programs to ensure a smooth and impactful employee experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal organizational and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of employment laws HR compliance and workplace safety standards.
- OSHA and other regulatory certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS/EHS platforms.
