Were looking for a Service Aggregation Manager to lead the development and oversight of service delivery frameworks that ensure excellence across both in-house and outsourced digital and information services. This is a unique opportunity to shape how services are delivered build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic customer-focused environment
Design and implement robust frameworks to ensure digital services are well-defined fit for purpose and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
Manage the seamless transition of new or updated services into operation ensuring alignment with organisational needs and support structures.
Take ownership of vendor performance to optimise service delivery.
Lead the development of a comprehensive accessible catalogue of all services including contractual and commercial details.
Act as the key escalation point for service quality and performance concerns working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and effectively

Significant experience in service delivery management preferably within a digital services or IT environment.
Proven experience in managing complex vendor relationships and contracts including experience with SaaS managed services and/or shared service arrangements.
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g. ITIL) with a demonstrated ability to design implement and improve service management processes.
Experience in service transition with a track record of successfully integrating new or changed services into an operational environment.
