    • Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp /
      Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Instagram WhatsApp and the official website


    • Follow up with potential customers and assist in booking appointments


    • Answer general questions related to TCM services


    • Coordinate with the front-desk team to update daily appointments and client lists


    • Record customer feedback and help improve service processes


    • Manage comments messages and reviews to maintain the clinics brand image


    Job Requirements

    • /
      Certificate / Diploma or above; experience in online customer service admin or social media handling is a plus


    • Proficient in Chinese typing (Hanyu Pinyin input) able to clearly communicate TCM-related info

      • Saturday: 10am 5pm

      • Sunday: 10am 3pm
