Job Description
Our client is a leading insurance giant. They are looking for Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform project implementation on different networking infrastructure solutions
- Responsible to ensure high levels of performance availability sustainability and security
- Provide 24x7 support for critical issues
- Responsible to perform schedule maintenance and support release deployment activities
- Enhance the cloud computing environments to provide a stable and cost-optimal environment for users
- Provide technical support and maintenance of on Premise Infrastructure (Server Storage. Database Network) and Cloud Computing environment
- Provide incident support and on-call service for the system and services
- Develop and review the design of cloud-based IT solutions with focus on infrastructure and integration
- Manage external vendors on project implementation and problem resolution
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any IT discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Network Data Centre or Call Centre; More experience can be considered for Senior Engineer positions
- Able to work independently under work pressure and outside standard working hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English Chinese
