Purpose of the Role

As the Senior Manager of Digital MarTech Products (Consumer Engagement) you will bridge data science marketing technology and business strategy to optimize customer acquisition engagement and omni-channel experiences. By unifying customer data media analytics and AI-driven insights youll orchestrate personalized journeys across digital and physical touchpoints (e.g. media e-commerce retail). This role is pivotal in scaling MarTech solutions (e.g. CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation) while acting as a change agent to drive innovation and operational excellence across brands and global markets.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 7 years in data product management customer analytics or MarTech (e.g. CDP CRM marketing automation platforms).

2. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CDP/CRM/MA cloud platforms (ali/tencent) and AI/ML concepts.

3. Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

4. Education: Bachelors/Masters in Data Science Marketing Technology or Business Analytics.
