Description

The Senior Project Manager Payroll plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI). As Senior Project Manager Payroll you will lead payroll-related streams across HCM Finance Payroll and IT ensuring alignment between project outcomes and operational needs. The role works closely with delivery teams Product Managers stakeholders and change teams to drive effective project delivery in line with strategic priorities.



Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of the Payroll project using agile hybrid or waterfall methodologies ensuring outcomes are on time on scope and on budget.
  • Define and manage project scope goals deliverables timelines budgets risks dependencies and success criteria while maintaining governance structures such as Project Control Boards (PCB) Business Decision Authority (BDA) and relevant working groups to ensure on-time in-scope delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders by facilitating workshops presentations and providing regular updates and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications escalations and decision-making to ensure alignment collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of execution including build unit/system test user acceptance testing implementation change activities vendor engagement financials risk management and post-go-live support.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or complex IT projects including Payroll and HCM within scope time and budget constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll and HCM systems (e.g. Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Workday) with a sound understanding of industry standards data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders across all project phases and delivery models (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills including experience influencing and reporting to senior executives.
  • Strong capability in managing project risks budgets dependencies vendor contracts procurement processes and change activities.
