Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee projects related to fire protection systems in marine vessels.
- Coordinate with clients naval architects suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Review and analyze project requirements and design specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of fire protection equipment and systems.
- Prepare project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for installation commissioning and testing of fire protection systems.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in project engineering preferably in fire protection systems for marine vessels.
- Knowledge of relevant codes standards and regulations related to fire protection systems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
