Youll partner with the Product Coach to lead the Footwear zone in the store achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Product Coach you will:
- Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
- Coach your team and provide leadership people development and feedback to elevate the team
- Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
- Inspire: care about the team and most importantly have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
- You have a passion for the Nike brand and a strong desire to grow in leadership
- You bring 1-2 years of retail leadership experience
- You excel in providing exceptional customer service and expert footwear advice
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are energetic proactive and naturally quick to act with a sense of urgency
