Position: Executive Assistant
To support UNSs continued growth and to leverage the wealth of knowledge developed across our global offices we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant.
In this dynamic role you will provide comprehensive support to the CFO and a Partner/Senior Architect both members of the Global Management Team (GMT). Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and streamlining information flows handling tasks independently where possible and initiating actions as needed.
Organizing and optimizing daily schedules ensuring efficient planning coordination and follow-ups.
Acting as the first point of contact for associates and stakeholders managing complex agendas and serving as a trusted sparring partner for all involved parties.
Planning organizing and booking business trips internal project meetings and preparing detailed minutes.
Coordinating lectures client presentation meetings and preparing high-quality presentations.
Monitoring time management and handling expense declarations.
Your proactive involvement and understanding of business processes will enable you to anticipate needs and provide strategic support.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelors/Masters degree
Equivalent broad experience (min. 5 years) in similar position in an international (and/or creative) environment
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills;
Resilient highly adaptable to changing priorities ongoing
Excellent knowledge of business English and good knowledge of Dutch both in word and writing
Proficient in MS office
