JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations including branding digital marketing content marketing social media and events.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyzing market trends customer insights and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Developing and managing marketing budgets timelines and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track marketing performance and ROI and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry influencers.
- Leading and developing a team of marketing professionals providing mentorship guidance and support.
- Using data and analytics to track the success of marketing initiatives and to make informed decisions about future marketing efforts.
- Working with product or service development teams to ensure new products are marketed effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles
- Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing
- A professional qualification.
- High Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
