Location: Hong Kong
Type: Part Time (3-month contract with the possibility to extend)
Working schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Occasional work during US hours and collaboration across multiple time zones

The Role:
Were looking for a part-time Research Assistant who thrives on collaboration and is excited to shape the future of gaming with us. Reporting to the Head of New Products your role will involve researching and ideating new products that can enhance the overall gaming experience for our players. If youre passionate about reinventing how the world plays then lets build something great together.
Who You Are:
- Youre a curious soul who loves to connect with people and dig into data
- You have a demonstrated track record of turning data into meaningful findings. Even if you dont have direct research experience your ability to spot patterns and generate impactful insights makes you a strong fit
- You love uncovering insights through data or meaningful conversations far more than just summarising articles. If CtrlC and CtrlV are your go-to research tools this role will challenge you to push your boundaries
- You believe in the power of collaboration and are motivated by the idea of working alongside some of the best minds in the field

Your Day-to-Day:
- Research to identify trends and opportunities that can shape our product strategy
- Design and implement surveys and questionnaires to gather feedback
- Conduct insightful interviews and focus groups that uncover thoughts and ideas
- Prepare reports and presentations that bring research findings to life
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with our goals and vision
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across international time zones mainly HK and the US
- Embrace ad-hoc research and administrative tasks that allow you to flex your organisation skills
