Job Description
Management
- Implementing & maintaining Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities
- Support activities with CI and problem-solving techniques
- Support production to implement quality improvements & error-proofing
- Competent in understanding mechanical drawings& electrical schematic & AB PLC
- Ability to manager external vendors and suppliers to support Gatess project.
- Liaise with local authority regarding building and environmental issues. Liaise with contractors for facility and plant improvement needs as well.
- Able to communicate and exchange ideas with peers in other Gatess facilities as well as capability to transfer knowledge
- Assist to ensure environment & production levels are maintained
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- Run 3 shift
- Must keep cell phone available and response Equipment breakdown support in 24 hours and must go shop floor fix the breakdown for Safety/Calss1 equipment.
- Must report equipment down >2Hours to supervisor
Creation - Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders - Monitoring MP2 system
- Implement & maintain Maintenance Excellence (TPM) system
- To participate in improvements projects and GPS initiative
Satisfaction
- PM system > ensure correctness & completion
- Predictive maintenance > thermal imaging oil analysis transformers & gearboxes
- Minimizing machine downtime - MTBF - MTTR
- Working closely with Production and electrical maintenance to continuously improve production output & OEE
- Maintenance Excellence Program - Supporting TS ISO & OHSAS programs
- Maintaining all TS ISO & OHSAS records related to mechanical maintenance
- Ensure that safety goals for department are met
5. Other tasks assigned by department manager.
run 3 shifts

1. University degree in Mechanical/Electrical or related Engineering.
2. Competence in AutoCADPLCMS Office Tools and MS Project.
3. Good Leadership and able to lead a team of engineers and technicians.

4. 3 years relevant working experiences in foreign company
5. Experience in Power supply and wiring system.
6. Knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics & pumpsPLC
