Job Description

What will you do (Responsibilities)
1. Strategy

  • 3-5 years China business strategy (including life science) by working together with China Management team
  • Life science sales management team to design annual sales territory strategy

2. Team Management

  • sales teams right understanding of company value and enhance their sense of Cobe/compliance via continuous training
  • with HR to codesign the organization & talent develop plan to inspire and retain the high level of team engagement
  • external training resources to equip sales the relevant industry knowledge product and application knowledge as well as sharpen their sales skills
  • with HR team to manage the hiring activity for the team
  • the sales manager to design development plan for the sales rep and support the sales manager in the execution in daily work

3. Sales Objective Management

  • China Life science sales team to achieve the target of annual order and key offering
  • the end to end sales process via CRM (
  • the manager for sales daily operations and increase sales team working efficiency via SBS tools Spectris Business System)

4. Market Coverage

  • a. Ensure a good market coverage to target Life science industries and customers; promote Sterility assurance as total solutions sales approach so as to continuously increase the market share via managing & leveraging direct sales team channel sales team and channel partners.
  • KA sales team to ensure an effective coverage on high end market; maintain and enhance the senior relationship with key customers and keep/increase the market share via leveraging resources globally
  • Channel sales team to ensure an effective coverage on middle tier market; Increase the win rate via upskilling the sales competencies.
  • Solution sales team to increase the win rate in middle tier market via direct sales or system integrators

5. Strategic Key offering promotion

  • with division to promote new offering new application in life science industry
  • the launch & promote plan for the strategic key offering in China
  • the team to breakthrough in the key projects and leverage all the resources to ensure the project delivery and implementation
  • the key offering pipeline progress and win rate via CRM (

6. Participate important affairs in company operation as a China management committee memberCollaborate with service/service sales/project team for the aftersales issues;


What do we expect from you

Must have

  • Bachelor or above in Science/Engineering or related
  • 3 years or above experience as field sales for strategic key account management and complex project selling in industrial areas
  • 8 years or above team management experience in direct sales team.
  • Familiar with CRM based sales process management
  • Excellent English communication (working language)
  • Excellent leadership/ interpersonal skills/ business negotiation skills
  • Good learning agility/ strive for excellence/ resilience
  • Excellence sense for business ethics

Nice to have

MBA or experience in business strategic planning will be a plus
Experience in life science/ microbial/ bioengineering will be a plus
Knowledge on professional selling skills (LAMP PSS) will be a plus
Knowledge in GMP regulations will be a big plus
Management experience in hybrid business structure (direct sales channel sales) will be a plus
