Purpose of Position:
To supporting the delivery of ISO 13485 and other Medical Device certification services to BSI clients by collaborate with internal stakeholders and Global Technical Team. To support clients for their smooth certificate process.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- To Manage/Support medical device regulations audit planning and maintain its certificates:
- Processing of applications (in SAP)
- Drafting and issuing certificates
- Suspending/cancelling certificates
- Invoicing
- Managing and processing internal workflows
- To support process improvement projects
- To action reports issued by Delivery team Commercial team and Finance team
- Support other teams client service co-ordinators as required
- Support local Medical Device scheme in Asia Pacific countries
- To maintain local government requirement as required
- To undertake activities according with BSI Policies Procedures and Protocols
- To assist technical teams with tasks related to achieving and maintaining certification
Performance Indicators:
- Client and BSI internal satisfaction indices and key performance indicators
- Task turnaround times
- Accuracy of invoicing data base maintenance
- Compliance of CSC activities
- Other performance related KPIs
Candidate Specification:
- Excellent administration and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral internally and externally and at junior and senior levels
- Strong written and verbal ability in English and Korea
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks according to importance to the client and business needs
- Computer literate and familiar with commonly used software tools (e.g. Windows Excel Word) and ability to learn BSI systems e.g. SAP
- Strong background with invoicing query resolution and complaints handling
- Ability to develop a basic understanding of medical device certification and production system controls relating to a defined range of conformity certification schemes within a particular technological discipline.
- Potential to grow with the developing business and take on wider roles and responsibilities.

- Quick to pick up new skills / learn new systems or software.
