- To provide after sales follow up
- To complete tasks while following the designatedprocedures and workflows provided by concerning parties
- To learn about trends andknowledge proactively and perform daily duties under pressure
- To discharge duty and demonstrate professional responsibility whenever needed
- To support the team andperform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements- F.5 / F.6or above
- Proficiency in English Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong skills in communication presentation and negotiation
- Shift duty is required
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Officer
