Who are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager - Advisory to support and lead the tax aspects of International Projects at GHD. This role involves collaborating with project teams and finance business partners to ensure that tax risks are identified and effectively communicated both during the project tender phase and throughout the project execution phase.
You will provide tax support for enterprise and business projects such as entity rationalisation capital management structuring and GHDs entry into new markets.
This role also involves managing GHDs global effective tax rate by coordinating with tax teams across regions and the financial reporting team to clarify tax rate variances.
