Coach and mentor your team continuously set clear expectations and support their development through regular performance feedback
Champion agile collaboration and foster a data-driven culture by aligning squads and driving cross-functional teamwork
Deliver impactful analytics yourself translating complex data into clear insights that influence strategic decisions
Drive the chapters analytics vision by identifying trends shaping strategy and ensuring high standards in data quality reporting and stakeholder collaboration
Do you bring solid leadership experience and enjoy guiding and growing analytical talent across different business areas
Do you combine strong SQL and data modeling skills with a passion for visual storytelling and deriving actionable insights
Can you align analytics initiatives with business needs and foster collaboration across squads data teams and stakeholders
