The Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting multi-site operations by ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services in alignment with client expectations.Job Description
About the Role:
- Supervise building systems and facilities staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.
- Manage inventory vendor performance and compliance with reporting and safety standards.
- Perform and oversee repairs across electrical plumbing HVAC and general infrastructure.
- Coordinate workspace planning employee moves and special projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records promote continuous improvement and ensure alignment with company KPIs.
About You:
- Strong technical expertise with multi-skilled capabilities in mechanical electrical and building systems.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Word Excel PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technicians manage vendors and maintain quality and inventory standards.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Vocational or TESDA certification with 35 years of IFM property management experience; safety training and engineering background preferred.
