JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述
- 在土建主管的领导下保障整个厂区的车间仓库办公室外围卫生间会议室特别整个消防系统的定期维护总览公司的土建改造消防设施防水雨污水管路
- 日常监督团队及土建消防供应商完成整个厂区的土建及消防维保以保证工厂的正常运营不受影响协助确认供应商维保及项目施工交付满足厂端要求过程符合安全规定
- 管理消防值班团队监督下属并确定消防值班需求对技术员进行消防设备操作规程的培训
- 与厂端EHS的协作确保所厂端所有的设备设施都能满足当地政府的消防的要求EHS的要求及FM的要求并协助关于消防系统方面的审核及检查
- 参与现有的车间及办公区改造及后续新建的厂房的设备设施部分满足现有最新消防法律法规的要求满足规范配合主管完成审阅改建方案及图纸确认项目设计中逃生门逃生指示喷淋烟感防火门选型灭火器选型等满足政府及EHS要求
- 协助主管进行相关土建报建消防报建消防施工监督消防验收等动作
- 协助完善整个厂区的消防系统包括喷淋消火栓灭火器气体灭火装置的平面布置图管路图及系统图防火分区图厂区逃生图等所有消防相关的图纸完备
- 负责土建类消防类维修及项目改造订单标单制作及招标项目实施项目跟踪项目中期及最终验收结算
- 其他临时任务
