| Job Purpose | To manage and optimize the risk and Fraud management process for payments business of Bajaj Finance Limited covering full lifecycle from Onboarding Risk to transactions/ lifecycle risk management. The role is responsible for investigation analysis actioning and reporting of merchants for mitigation of risk. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Completely own the risk and fraud management function for Payments business of Bajaj Finance Limited for Acquiring QR business Acquiring QR risk management through Onboarding checks Transaction Monitoring and Portfolio monitoring Daily review of risk triggered cases basis transaction pattern business data verification and calling for early identification Update system for action taken basis review Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on trends thresholds and efficiency Maintain close coordination with business operations data team for review of existing processes/ data points and to use them from mitigating fraud risk by getting controls implemented |

| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Any Graduate/post-graduate degree. Good understanding of Payment business Work Experience 1.1-2 years of experience with NBFC/Banks in calling and/OR document verification in Advanced Excel be familiar with SFDC |
