As an LCL Operations Agent you own and manage end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope in LCL Product in compliance with relevant company procedures. Strictly monitor performances through KPIs with particular attention to Quality and Finops. You focus on engagement and development of individuals skills and lead the LCL Delivery Team on Maersks transformation journey to proactive and silos-free environment emphasizing on digital-driven habits internally and with customers.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Supervises booking gives quotations on LCL import and export handles entries completes Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents.
- Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing.
- Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin customers and vendors.
- Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues both in English and one of the local languages
- Data processing and reports.
We are looking for:
We are looking for a quite round professional with a good knowledge of the shipping industry LCL import and export and the proper professional behavior. Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian are instrumental for the role as you will talk and write with customers and internal stakeholders. Financial understanding is highly appreciated and you will have to ensure the costs and incomes are captured in the systems. Detail orientation and hands-on approach will help you solve the daily operations.
