The job:
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor youll support users via phone email and chat. Whether its answering product questions supporting purchases or following up on deliveries youll help each customer with clear and helpful solutions. Youll follow proven processes without cold calling or upselling.
Your tasks include:
Guiding Dutch-speaking customers through product choices and purchase
Resolving inquiries related to orders deliveries or returns
Ensuring positive customer experiences with accurate and friendly support
Collaborating with your team and improve overall service quality
Using internal tools to log and follow up on customer interactions
Your Profile:
Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English (B2)
Youre a fast typer and feel at home navigating digital tools
A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
Previous customer service experience is great but not required
A positive attitude and a calm structured approach to resolving issues
Youre already based in Greece or willing to relocate
Whats in it for you:

Base salary of 1300/month (14 salaries) plus up to 250 in monthly bonuses
Tenure Bonus: 300 after 3 months 750 after 6 months and additional 1.000 after 12 months of employment
