Job Description
The Youth & Family Support Specialist provides strength-based trauma-informed and culturally responsive in-home and community-based services to youth and families.
This vital role blends direct service therapeutic support family engagement advocacy and systems coordination to promote stability emotional wellness and goal achievement within the context of individualized treatment plans.
This position fosters an inclusive and supportive program environment by demonstrating a strong and ongoing commitment to culture and belonging in all aspects of work. Services are delivered through a lens of social sustainability with principles of culture and belonging integrated across all areas of practice.
Rate: $22.28/hour
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours; requires ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends to meet family needs

Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Enrolled in a masters degree program in the human services field preferred; Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited university in human services psychology social work or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Prior experience working with youth and families in community-based or therapeutic settings
