Job Description
As the Business Process Re-engineering Manager for Pacific Operations youll lead a team of program managers in delivering transformative projects that optimize Apples operations in the Asia Pacific region (Greater China North East Asia South East Asia Australia & New Zealand). These programs span a broad spectrum of operational areas including improving our e-commerce fulfilment capabilities enabling new supply chains and optimizing logistics operations. If you are a proven leader with a passion for driving strategic initiatives improving the customer journey and developing high-performing teams this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact. - 8 years of experience in business process management system implementation project management or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Familiarity with CRM ERP and other enterprise systems.
- A proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization thanks to excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science Supply Chain or a related field.
- Proven experience in consulting within the tech industry or direct experience with supply chain Logistics operations or e-commerce projects.
- Proven experience managing teams in a global organization collaborating effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proven hands-on experience with assessing and integrating external vendor solutions into existing system landscapes.
