The APJ Partner Marketing Leader is responsible for leading our partner marketing strategy across APJ. The role works cross-functionally as a business partner with the regional marketing partner marketing channel and sales team across ANZ and ASEAN.
What Youll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing-related topics
in the region driving the partner marketing strategy effectively.
Work closely with the global partner marketing team to regionalize their
materials ensuring relevance and alignment with local market needs.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that partner marketing is
seamlessly integrated into their overall marketing strategies.
Engage with our top-performing resellers and Managed Service Providers
(MSPs) in the APJ region to provide support and resources that drive their
growth with distribution TAP and AWS teams to develop and execute a cohesive and winning marketing strategy.
Oversee Mimecast-led partner marketing initiatives across the region
including TO THROUGH partner activities and Mimecast events.
Ensure proper tracking of partner marketing return on investment in
accordance with company guidelines.
What Youll Need
Essential Skills and Experience:
10 years experience in Marketing (B2B Marketing Channel Marketing
Communications)
Proven track record of building and delivering partner-generated pipeline
Strong project management and time management skills
Experience working across the Asia Pacific Region including Australia
Singapore Japan and India.
Ability to work cross-functionally and unify efforts across teams
Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the IT Channel and cybersecurity
marketplace
The Base salary range for this position is s$144000- s$216000 base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
