Requirements
Devsinc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our team. As a Production Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the production process ensuring timely delivery of products and maintaining quality control standards.
- Video Production: Plan shoot and edit a wide range of video content including promotional videos interviews tutorials event coverage and social media content.
- Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Editing: Use advanced editing software to create polished professional videos ensuring high standards of audio and visual quality.
- Motion Graphics: Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance video content when necessary.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video equipment including cameras lighting and sound recording devices.
- Creative Direction: Provide input on creative direction offering ideas to improve the visual impact and storytelling of video projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to understand project goals and ensure that the final video product meets or exceeds expectations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously ensuring that deadlines are met and that projects are delivered on time.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelors degree in Film Media Production Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or 6 months of experience in production marketing or media.
Requirements
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects and familiarity with motion graphics software.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating video cameras lighting equipment and audio recording devices.
- Creativity: Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail ensuring that all video content is of the highest quality.
- Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects concurrently.
