Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Executive to join our team at SoftBank. This executive-level role involves managing and enhancing relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth through strategic partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SoftBank's key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and upselling within existing accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals to maximize client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client status and business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in client relations account management or business development preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SoftBank’s business model and industry landscape.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
