Scope of service:
- Serve as a strategic leader and advisor to designated business units fostering strong relationships and collaboration to enhance engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and other partners to shape the future strategy and roadmap for technology initiatives ensuring alignment with the unique needs and challenges of the assigned business units.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned business units to ensure strategic tactical and operational alignment with initiatives.
- Communicate decisions priorities and relevant information regarding initiatives to appropriate staff and stakeholders within the assigned business units.
- Collaborate with assigned business units to identify assess and prioritize initiatives and projects that drive value ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of demand patterns and trends proactively adjusting strategies and plans as necessary to meet the needs of the assigned business units.
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned business units harmonizing strategies between technology and the business functions to foster strategic partnerships and optimize demand.
- Provide strategic consulting support through key technical initiatives acting as a bridge between technology and various functional areas within the organization.
- Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and build consensus among stakeholders ensuring alignment and commitment to shared goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives across assigned business units.
- Oversee demand collection and management processes ensuring effective forecasting capacity planning and alignment with company resources.
- Establish robust mechanisms for demand tracking and reporting providing visibility and accountability for initiatives within the assigned business units.
- Communicate relevant project information and updates to staff regarding requests and initiatives ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to enhance service quality and improve efficiency within the assigned business units.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to provide informed recommendations and advice to teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-enabling additional technology services and solutions within the organization supporting growth and value creation for the assigned business units.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
